Public liability cover is in force for every event. Ask and we will send the certificate with your quotation, before you pay anything.

Revenue share
Batwana funds the equipment and fit-out. You provide the space, power, water and services. Gross revenue splits on an agreed percentage, reported monthly.

The questions we actually get asked.
How much does it cost?
A garden party starts at KES 35,000, a full afternoon at KES 68,000 and the full funpark at KES 145,000. Those cover delivery, setup, crew, supervision and teardown for the headcount and travel band listed on each package. The table above lists everything that moves the number, so there are no surprises when the quotation arrives.
What space do I need?
Every item in the equipment table lists its footprint in metres and the power it draws. Measure the flattest part of your compound, send us the number, and we will tell you what fits. If you are unsure, send a photo on WhatsApp and we will work it out from that.
What if there is no power?
Inflatables and food carts need mains power. If you do not have it, we bring a generator, fuelled, with a crew member responsible for it, at KES 11,000.
How far do you travel?
Travel within 15 km of the CBD is included in the garden party price, 25 km on the full afternoon and 40 km on the full funpark. Beyond that we quote the travel charge in writing before you pay anything.
How early should I book?
Three days for a garden party, five for a full afternoon and ten for the full funpark. Saturdays in November and December book out six to eight weeks ahead, so those need more notice.
What happens if it rains?
For outdoor bookings we make the call by 6pm the day before and tell you on WhatsApp. If we cancel for weather, you reschedule free of charge. If the weather turns during the event, the crew lead on site decides whether an activity continues, on safety grounds only.
Are your staff supervising, or am I?
Ours. Every inflatable and every water activity has a named Batwana crew member on it for the whole session. You are not running the party, and neither are the parents you invited. Our ratios are published above.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
A 50% deposit by M-PESA confirms the date; the balance is due on the day. Fourteen days or more before the event the deposit is refundable less the transaction fee, or transferable to a new date. Seven to thirteen days it transfers once. Under seven days it is forfeit. If we cancel for any reason, you reschedule free or take a full refund.
Can you work with schools and companies?
Yes. Schools and corporates can pay against an invoice on agreed terms, and we provide the insurance certificate, a written risk assessment and our safeguarding policy with the quotation. We need the LPO before we schedule crew.
